EmpowHer Change is a project focused on empowering women to take charge of their health and wellness during the transitional period of menopause.

The project aims to provide education, support, and resources to women over 40 who are transitioning through menopause, helping them to better manage their symptoms and improve their overall quality of life. 

 

EmpowHer Change is an online training program designed specifically for you, as well as nutrition coaching, stress reduction techniques, and education on menopause and its effects on the body. 

 

The project is committed to creating a community of women who can share their experiences and support each other through this challenging but transformative time in their lives.

 

Our program is divided into three phases, each with a specific focus on nutrition, training, and mindset. We'll help you build a foundation of healthy eating habits and exercise routines, progress to more challenging workouts, and ultimately achieve your peak performance.

 

Our nutrition protocol emphasizes a balanced diet of lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, with a focus on nutrient-dense foods to support bone health and overall wellness. We'll guide you through the best exercises to build strength and mobility, incorporate cardio, and even offer restorative practices like yoga and Pilates.

 

But it's not just about the physical. We know that menopause can take a toll on your mental and emotional health as well. That's why we've included a mindset protocol to help you practice mindfulness and stress-reducing techniques, set realistic goals, and celebrate your progress.
