What is Menopause?

Reduced estrogen levels during menopause can result in a decrease in bone density, making women more susceptible to osteoporosis and fractures. It is essential to focus on bone-strengthening exercises and incorporate sufficient calcium and vitamin D in the diet to support bone health.
